Service Description
Welcome to our 4-hour recording session! Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible recording experience. Please note that while we offer a rough mixing upon request during the session, full mix and master services are available at an additional cost. Please arrive on time as your session will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. If we do not receive any contact from you within 30 minutes of the session start time, the session will be canceled. As the session comes to a close, we will begin the closeout process no later than 15 minutes prior to the session end time. The complete balance is due before we deliver your final files. Cancellation Policy
Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow for setup and transition. Late Policy: Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in forfeiture of time with no refund. Session Wind Down: Recording will conclude 30 minutes prior to the end of the session to allow the engineer time for proper leveling, vocal tuning, file bouncing, and system reset. Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required to reschedule any session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of that session’s time. Guests: Limit of 2 guests per session unless approved in advance. Disruptive guests may result in early session termination. Respect the Space: No smoking inside the studio unless permitted. Treat the space and team with respect. Safety First: Let Me Live Worldwide reserves the right to refuse service or end a session if safety, professionalism, or studio energy is compromised.
